G'day! My name is Sophia. I am the all-rounder you never knew you needed.

I work in generalist strategy, ops, and product roles - focusing on messy and ambiguous problems, diagnosing what's actually going on, then building the system to fix it.

Spent majority of my career in lean, scrappy teams - learning how to make the most impact out of the least resources.

Passionate about systems & design, fascinated by how to use them to improve quality of life for individuals. Fan of kit kats, sustainable development, and lifting weights.

  • Product, much like Strategy benefits from decision-making with intuition anchored in facts
  • UX, Narratives, Copy, and Communications - are all similar to Experience Design in crafting actions / features / messaging for a specific audience, surfacing the right answer to their needs and challenges
